Another success for HLBBshaw's Trade Mark Team
In a busy period for HLBBshaw's Trade Mark team, another success in European opposition proceedings at OHIM has been concluded. The advice, led by Mark Bhandal was conducted in French and the client, based in the US, has been suitably impressed with Mark’s efforts and has expressed his gratitude for a job well done. Earlier in the proceedings the Client considered Mark’s evidence to be “excellent”.
